Hello and welcome to the website how to cope with anxiety. The goal of this site is to provide both support and information to those individuals who struggle on a daily basis with anxiety, stress, and/or panic attacks.
Are you under a great deal of pressure worried that you might lose your job? Have you already lost your job and are at wit’s end trying to figure out how to feed your kids, pay the bills, and the mortgage?
